Secure Password for Indian Credit Card Holders

| We here by bring your notice that RBI has made it mandatory for all online transactions to have an extra level of authentication from August 01, 2009 onwards. |

The 'extra' level of security is a password that cardholders will have to enter after entering their credit/debit card details while making online payments. The Indian cards will require this password for transacting on any website. This new technology is called VBV - Verified by Visa or MSC - MasterCard Secure Code. If the cardholder fails to enter the password correctly, it will result in a failed transaction. For further clarification please check the link below.
